SCHOOL ADVISORY COMMITTEE

In accordance with Public Law 95-561 and DoD Instruction 1342.15, a School Advisory Committee is established to foster participation in school affairs by members of the school’s communities. We, therefore, seek interested, eligible candidates for this committee each spring. Such candidates must be:
a. Parents of students enrolled at Feltwell Elementary School or
b. Professional school employees.
Voting will be by secret ballot (ballots sent out in mid-May). If you are interested in serving on this committee or wish to nominate a candidate for the committee, contact Feltwell Elementary School.
SAC meetings are held in the school library with notification in the parent newsletter, the “Hedgehog Highlights”. All meetings are open, and parents are welcome to attend. If you have an idea or concern for the SAC, but cannot attend, give it to a SAC member so that it can be added to the agenda for the next meeting. There is a SAC suggestion/comment box located in the school office.
